Because we are a foster-based rescue, we provide everything needed to our foster volunteers including but not limited to; food, kennels, medical costs, toys, bedding, education, etc.

All we ask of our foster volunteers is to provide TLC and give PP2CR firsthand knowledge of the animals’ behaviors. Our foster home volunteers go through an application process and home checks before any animal is placed in their care.

Our volunteer-driven organization provides temporary shelter to stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, focusing on restoring their health for suitable forever homes. Foster and Adoption applications with home checks are required.
