Hi everyone! We wanted to share a quick update with those still following our page. We know it’s been a while since we’ve posted.
With the economy slowing down, we stepped back to focus on finding homes for the dogs already in our rescue. A few are still waiting for homes where they can be the only pet. They’re staying with Shannon, and we hope to share updated pictures soon.
Then, in November, I had a house fire. I’ve been living in a rental since then and cannot run a rescue from here. Finding a rental that would accept my own dogs because of their breed was also difficult, so my daughter took in two of them.
We both miss rescue work and hope to get things going again. We’re still figuring out what that might look like and what we can realistically manage as just two people.
To everyone who has fostered, adopted, donated, or supported us along the way: thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we’re grateful you’re still here. ❤️🐾
