Layla’s daughter started her on the journey of rescue by asking if they could foster a dog for another rescue. This is where she met Trish Widener and her whole world changed. Trish’s passion for dogs in need became her own. When Trish asked her to start this rescue with her she did not hesitate to say yes. Layla plans on continuing the journey as Trish envisioned and in her memory.
