Shannon Decatur is Purple Paws 2nd Chance Rescue Vice President. Shannon has been a part of the rescue since 2016 when she volunteered at our events and fostered. In 2018 she became a more significant part of our rescue. She is our main contact person with fosters and event setups. Shannon has an absolute heart of gold and always has the best interest of the dogs in mind. (Even if it upsets some human feelings) Shannon works extremely hard for our rescue by making sure we not only have fostered and getting them what they need to be successful, but also by screening potential adopters, transporting animals to and from, working at the adoption events, helping with donation pick-ups, organizing our fundraisers, and keeping us all sane.
